Card Creations by Charlotte does NOT share any of your personal information with anyone else. The information we collect from you is strictly the information needed to produce and process your order. The data that we collect from you is done in a secure environment and used solely for our financial records and tracking purposes only. Card Creations by Charlotte will never ask you for your personal banking information which is why we choose to process all of our orders via Paypal. In doing so, we never have access to your account numbers or other personal information. It is all collected and maintained in a secure environment from Paypal.

Your Photos:
We do not ever store your photos on any online site where your photos can be accessed by anyone other than us. We do reserve the right to post your completed greeting (with personal information changed) on our website UNLESS you specify to us that you DO NOT want Card Creations to use your greeting for our marketing materials. This can be indicated via email or on your order itself.

Refund and Return Policy:
Although we strive to prevent errors, things happen. In the event that your order was produced incorrectly due to an error entirely on our part, Card Creations by Charlotte will promptly reproduce that item and ship them free of charge. However, due to the personalized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns.

The proofing process of your order is the single most important process. It is extremely critical that you check your proof very carefully for spelling errors, punctuation, exactness of location, time, date, etc prior to giving the final ok. By submitting an order, you are agreeing to this policy.
