
Step One:
Choose the design that you would like to use, or let us know that you would like your own unique design created.
Step Two:
Send us your photos in a JPEG or TIF format to charlotte@cardcreationsbycharlotte.com Please do not crop or edit your photos prior to sending them. If you are unable to email your photos, feel free to mail them to us. All originals will be returned with your order.
* Note * If you are using professional photos we MUST have the photographers written permission prior to completing your order. Professional photographs are the property of the photographer/studio. By submitting your photos to Card Creations by Charlotte, you agree that you have obtained a release from the photographer and they agree that the photograph can be altered and/or reproduced. A form can be provided for you, simply contact Card Creations by Charlotte to request the “Photographer Release Form”. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Step Three:
Once your photos are received, work on your invitations/announcements begins immediately. You can expect to receive an electronic proof within 24 – 48 hours after all information has been received. We would be more than happy to send you a hard copy proof through the mail upon request.
Step Four:
Card Creations will email you an invoice through Paypal. At that time, you may either choose to make payment or wait until the final proof has been approved. Please note, that no orders will be mailed until payment has been made in full.
Step Five:
Proofs will continually be sent out with all changes until everything is exactly how you envision your invitations. We will not print until you are 100% satisfied with your entire order.
Step Six:
Once you have approved the final proof and you have submitted your payment, your order will be printed and cut. All orders are shipping USPS Priority Mail within 3-4 business days of your final proof approval AND after payment has been received.
